Angélica Hubner began her career in a bakery in São Paulo-Brazil, over 30 years ago.
Her abilities duplicated her success in business and to motivate those around her. That led her the promotion of owner of Tie Break Cafe, In 1999, though this was a great accomplishment, Angélica was determined to build a company of her very own!
Using the experience and knowledge she gathered through years of industry experience, Angélica launched Yumm Cake. Her focus was to deliver professionalism at all aspects of the business, In Angelica’s own words, "our mission is simple: offer each and every one of our customers the quality, craftsmanship and customer service once found prevalent in America!"
Yumm Cake was established as a family owned and operated company. It has grown into a national corporation that continues to manage employees in the same way. Angélica Hubner always says "Each and every one of our employees are family - they do not work for us, they work with us!"
